Dan Wright

MyClient-First Philosophy

Dan was raised in Santa Fe and knows the Santa Fe real estate market and its trends better than most. After graduating from Santa Fe High in 1969, Dan attended the University of Arizona in Tucson. He received a degree in Business Administration in 1973 and worked for a large New York based insurance carrier in Texas for five years. He worked his way back to Santa Fe as a property and casualty agent. It was during this time that Dan started investing in real estate in 1982 and has been involved in the ownership and/or management of properties as diverse as subsidized housing to the renovation of historic Santa Fe commercial and residential properties with quite a bit in between. Dan left the insurance business in 1988 to pursue real estate sales full time and became a licensed broker that same year. He has been an active member of the Santa Fe real estate community since that time including time served on the Board of the Santa Fe Association of Realtors as both Vice President and President.

Dan and Patricia, his wife of 36 years, have two children, Scott and Courtney. Scott has obtained his masters degree at Robert O. Anderson School For Business. Courtney is a graduate of the USMA at West Point and is on active duty in the United States Military. Both are currently living in New Mexico.

Dan feels that a successful real estate transaction results in a win-win experience for both the buyer and the seller. His hands-on real estate experience and business background combine to help work through the deal and get the transaction closed. Put Dans local knowledge experience to work for you.
